Username phobia
“Gosh! Looks like I forgot my username again! And no, I didn’t forget the password, I just forgot the username!”
Thats been happening to me ever so often and I am sick and tired of getting reminded of my username on my email address. I just don’t seem to get around it, the only solution being me choosing the option of the browser remembering my userid and password. I wish someone could come up with an application that will allow me a universal username and password for all websites with it being just a onetime affair that I have to enter my specific username and password. Or may be such an application is already out there? It might be a little bit of a security issue but it will definitely be so much more convenient and make life so much easier and happier ![]()
Another solution might be to just keep the email address as the username and noone is ever going to have a problem. I love websites which just ask for your primary mail address as username and its so cool!
I wish more and more people would do that. At this point of time, I am finding it hard to remember my YouTube username.

But I guess in an ideal world all websites would use OpenID and our troubles with passwords will be over
